31/2 cups Frozen Fruit
1/2 cup Sugar*/splenda
1/2 cup Non-fat plain yogurt
1 tbs Lemon juice
Combine fruit and sugar in food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped.
Combine yogurt and lemon juice and gradually pour mixture through feed tube of food processor with processor turned on.
Process until smooth and creamy, scaping down the sides once or twice.
*Superfine sugar dissolves instantly and is preferable. If unavailable, process sugar in food processor until ground very fine.
Tip: Use whatever frozen fruit you have on hand in this ultra-quick homemade froyo.
