Cauliflower Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS:

Equal parts graded cauliflower and fat free or reduced fat mozzarella

1 Egg per 2 cups of cauliflower/cheese mixture

Italian Seasoning and oregano to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 450°F Mix all ingredients and press “dough” thinly onto greased pizza pan. Bake for 12-20 minutes, (depending on size of crust), until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and turn oven temp down to 350°F Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Tip: To prevent sticking use parchment paper when baking. Crusts can be frozen and stored for future use.
